Final Junior & Senior Assemblies June 2012

Father Murphy opened our Final Senior Assembly with some prayers and Mr Mc Gee then spoke to all the boys. He talked about all the events that took place in the school this year including Multicultural Day, the Christmas Concert, Seachtain na Gaeilge, Sport, etc. He made a special presentation of a team photo to each member of our All Ireland Quiz Team.

The following awards were also made at Senior Assembly.

• Golden Boot Award Final Term - 5th Class.
• Mobile Phones for ICT - draw for 6 Euro Footballs.
• Gaelic Footballer of the Year - under 11 and under 13.Click here for photographs.
• 6th Class Challenge Awards.
• Maura Melia Perpetual Trophy – 4th Class boy.
• Billy Hennessy Perpetual Trophy – 6th Class boy.

The assembly concluded with a blessing given by Father Murphy.
