We had a wonderful Christmas Assembly and Christmas Jumper Day for Simon and the homeless on Thursday December 21st. Master McGee spoke to our boys and girls about the real meaning of Christmas and 6th class pupils read the story of the Nativity for everyone.
Teachers awarded the December class nominations for Pupil of the Year on stage. Eric Tytov from 4th class also received a special prize from his teacher Mrs Kerr for having his picture included in our local Ardee Credit Union Calendar 2024. Well done Eric.
Then each teacher presented 1st to 5th prizes in each class for our Christmas Decorations from Recycled Materials competition. We had very creative and incredible entries to this popular annual competition. Well done boys and girls.
After all this prize giving we had a great sing along with each class singing songs that they performed during our Christmas Concert.
