Electricity Exploration
12th Jan 2023
We have launched back into our work after the Christmas break by making origami boxes, getting ready for our 6th Class Active Challenge and by doing experiments in Science.
Week one: learning how electricity flows and works, defining terminology and seeing learning for ourselves how circuits work. We had great fun blowing bulbs (but Ms Cusack we didn't do it too often!) Some of us even tried incorporating switches.
Week Two: we got to play around with series circuits to begin with and then develop them into parallel circuits. It gave us an insight as to why the Christmas lights don't work or why some of the bulbs don't work!
