As part of Catholic Schools' Week we hosted our Grandparents' Day in Monastery NS. It has been two years since our Grandparents could come to our school and visit our pupils in class. So it was no surprise that a huge crowd of almost 200 Grandparents came to see their Grandchildren in Monastery NS and enjoyed the refreshments in our school Gym afterwards.A wide variety of activities took place in each classroom and it was thoroughly enjoyed by all.
Principal Mr McGee thanked everyone for coming and said it was great to see our school community back enjoying themselves in our school again. He also asked everyone to remember all the Grandparents who used to come and visit us each year and are not with us today. He asked everyone to keep them in their prayers.
