Rugby Outings

Senior pupils were given the opportunity to represent their school in several rugby matches across two days, either side of Christmas.

Prior to the matches, coaches from Ardee Rugby Club came to our school to give our boys some key teaching points in relation to safety, skills and rules of the game. This training set the boys up to perform to their very best on both match days and gave pupils the chance to play a sport that many of them had not played before.
