September News!

September has been a busy month for Junior Infants as they have been settling in to their new classroom and routines. We celebrated 'Friendship Week' in school as the children have been learning to play and make new friends. The children decorated a Friendship Tree which is proudly displayed in our classroom. The children also participated in paired reading with some of the boys in Ms. Cusack's 3rd Class which they really enjoyed. Mini athletics has also begun which is great fun as the Junior Infant classes take part together. The boys were also busy learning their nursery rhymes this month and had great fun making stars to go alongside Twinkle, Twinkle, Little Star.
